Site Description

66 plots - assorted sizes

Tucked in a corner at the top of Pewley Hill and backing onto the downs, this is a very peaceful slightly sloping site, with views over St Lukes and the downs beyond. The deer are kept out with a good perimeter fence and the site has easy vehicular access. The local schools and community groups have plots well tended on this site and have won prizes in the Guildford in Bloom competition. The site has a relaxed atmosphere with more than its fair share of youngsters and female tenants. The soil is on the chalky side but this does not deter some tenants who have had a plot on this site for over 40 years.
