Site Description

50 plots – mainly 10 rods

This is quite a large site off the Farnham Road, close to Wodeland Avenue. The site slopes gently up to the downs which provide a quiet backdrop. From the upper most pots there are great views over Guildford and the cathedral.

There is limited vehicular access to this site and a few tenants fence their individual plots to deter rabbits. There is a very good community spirit on the site which provides a relaxed atmosphere. The soil is slightly chalky but this does not pose any problems to the tenants who grow an assortment of fruit flowers and vegetables in abundance.
