This site comprises of some 40 very well kept plots. The site is situated off Down Road and Epsom road. There is no vehicular access onto the site and the site slopes gently upwards towards the downs at the rear. The soil is a fertile loam upon which all manner of fruit flowers and vegetables thrive. There is currently a waiting list for prospective tenants on this site.
