SCHEDULE 1 - This is the Tenancy Agreement which you sign when you become a tenant of Guildford Allotments Society.

APPENDIX 1 - It is essential that you read, understand and agree to the Rules which are listed. These are the Rules which you must sign to confirm that you agree to comply with them all.

If you consider that you cannot agree to all the Rules which form part of your Tenancy Agreement, then please do not apply for an allotment. These Rules also form part of the lease that Guildford Allotments Society has signed with Guildford Borough Council for our management of the allotment sites and the Council expects us, as their appointed managers, to ensure the Rules are enforced.
